🧾 1. Overview

At MYONIQ Nutrition, your satisfaction is our priority. Every order is carefully prepared and fulfilled, to ensure premium quality and secure delivery.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly help — provided your item meets the conditions below.

📦 2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

For health and safety reasons, opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned.

🚚 3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Personalized or promotional products
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Gift cards or downloadable content

🧠 4. Return Process

  1. Contact Us First

    Email support@myoniqnutrition.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

    Include:
    Order ID #
    Product name(s)
    Reason for return
    Photos (if item arrived damaged)

  2. Receive Authorization
    Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.

  3. Ship the Item
    Pack securely in original packaging.
    Include your RMA number inside the package.
    Ship via a trackable method; customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

💰 5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the product is found opened or damaged upon return, a partial refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

🧾 6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the package and product.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

⚠️ 7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement and before processing begins.

Once an order has entered fulfillment (“Accepted”), it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

🌍 8. International Orders

International customers (outside USA) are responsible for:

  • All customs duties, VAT, or import taxes
  • Return shipping fees for international returns

Returns or reshipments may take up to 4–6 weeks due to customs procedures.

🧾 9. Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

📦 10. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package shows as Delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Verify with household members, neighbors, or building management.
  • Wait 24–48 hours; carriers occasionally mark packages “Delivered” early.
  • If still missing, contact support@myoniqnutrition.com and we’ll assist with carrier claims.

🕒 11. Processing Time

After your returned item arrives at our facility, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and refund processing.

An email confirmation will be sent once your refund is issued.

MYONIQ Nutrition, operated by MYONIQ LLC, reserves the right to deny any return or refund that does not meet the policy conditions.
