Order Processing
All MYONIQ orders are fulfilled and shipped by our U.S. partner facility (Supliful).
- Processing Time: 2–5 business days after payment confirmation
- Bulk or high-volume orders: May take up to 5–10 business days
- Orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day
- Once fulfilled, a tracking number will be emailed automatically so you can monitor your shipment in real time

All domestic orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center via USPS.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees depending on destination country laws
- These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient
- MYONIQ Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier clearance procedures
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement and before fulfillment begins
- Once your order status changes to "Accepted" by our fulfillment partner, it cannot be changed or cancelled
- To request a change, email support@myoniqnutrition.com as soon as possible with your order number and details
Tracking & Delivery
- When your order ships, you'll automatically receive an email with tracking details
- You can also log in to your MYONIQ account to check order status anytime
- If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your order, please check with your local carrier or building management before contacting us
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If your package arrives damaged, delayed, or lost in transit, contact us within 7 days at support@myoniqnutrition.com
- We'll investigate the issue with our carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable
Returns & Refunds

- Only unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping fees)
- We cannot accept returns of opened supplements due to health and safety regulations

A: Yes—select "Express Shipping" at checkout if available for your region and pay the applicable rate.
Q: Do I pay customs or duties?
A: Yes, if you are outside the United States, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or other charges, which are not included in the shipping cost.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: After processing (2–5 business days), U.S. orders typically take 1–4 business days; international may take 2–5 business days plus customs clearance.
